The drags aren't really my thing but if they go away it would bother me in the fact that one more of our freedoms has been taken away.

Theres really not a lot of racing going on at the drags anymore. Its not about having the fastest car. Its about a bunch of jag offs doing wheels. Sand drags are 100 yards. Non of this, start 100 yards behind the real start, wheelie or jump in and pin it for two miles towards Sweet Maries until someone lifts. Its all a big show! No real racing

You sound like a typical jerkoff that doesn't participate either way. Its always the same comment from the guys on the sidelines that don't have a financial stake on the line when it comes to standing starts.

rolling starts standing starts, i love them both, nothing like hitting 120+ with 3ft whoops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gecko drags are the bomb!

Your missing the point genius. The standing starts that a few cheerleaders like you want are where parts break. Rolling into the "drags", and then going through the gears is probably easier on my car than a typical dune run. BTW for 3 years now, my car has driven back to camp, and into the trailer all itself. Knock on wood.

Not a cheerleader, just not a show off (even though my sh*ts probably faster than yours) like you. Probably wont find out though unless theres room for you to get a third gear run at it. Be there for 2 weeks starting tomorrow...Maybe we'll find out
