Hey guys, I picked up a freeby for my boy & I to mess with so I need some info on parts and stuff. So I am looking for tires and rims to start with.

Also need to know where I can find info.

Has a stamp that says serial # 290977 and Manufacture code F0983
Is the DOM in the manu code?

Looks like it's an '83 model. Does it have the metal body?
