cleaning up the camp sunday morning.............a couple of items i found ..a pair of sunglasses and an ipod nano...and lots and lots of beverage containers.......contact me if you lost something out there..

I lost my liver.

Nearly hurled in my car on Sunday's run a few times, not good. SocalDmax's Nutra Sweet things neary killed me.
