I have a 25' trailer that I added 2 golf cart batteries, a 400 watt inverter, 20" TV, a crank up satellite dish and surround sound system with sub.
My 40' WW got a bit more. I added 4 golf cart batteries, a 3,000w/6,000w peak inverter, a 75 amp Iota smart charger, 330w of solar panels going to a 25 amp MPPT solar controller. I added an automatic transfer switch between the genny and the inverter.
Then I added a drop down 17" LCD TV in the front bedroom, suspended from the ceiling along with a DVD player and TV antenna and satellite drop. I added a 17" LCD TV with DVD player in the kitchen TV cubby, also with antenna and satellite drop, and in the rear, I added a 102" drop down cinema screen attached to the bottom of the rear bed. I have an HD projector for it, and audio is handled by a DD home theater receiver with separate 1080p upconverter DVD, 5 satellite speakers and a 10" powered Yamaha sub with another antenna and satellite drop.
I installed a crank up satellite dish with dishnetwork dual LNBs, and 4 outputs. the 3 previously mentioned, and 1 goes outside for an outside TV. Occasionally a 42" plasma TV gets mounted on the side. I installed a small 12v muffin fan inside the fridge and a larger one outside rear of the fridge to drop the temp faster and increase operating efficiency.
I added a deadbolt to the side door, chromo hasps to the rear ramp to complement the round padlocks. and steel grates over the rear lower vents. I installed air filters over the vents and 2 Shurflo fans in the ceiling. 1 is remote controlled with a thermostat, the other is a crank up with a speed controlelr in the bathroom. There's also a 12V ceiling fan with remote control in the dining area. I also added a 110V air compressor with air chucks at the front of the trailer, and 2 more air chucks just behind each rear tire. I swapped the 15" rims/tires with 16" alloys and load range E tires. I also have a pair of rope light palm trees for mood lighting and a spray mister system in case it gets a bit warm.
There's also enough booze to satisfy a small army.

It has come in handy a few times.
i've stuffed a few kids into the bedroom and fired up a Disney flick (I have about 700 DVDs) then the adults could party/play poker in the kitchen/living room area while the wind howled.
One time, the wind was howling, and we setup 2 more folding tables inside and put out some munchies and booze. Papa Perry was "working" via laptop/internet at one end, while a few peeps were watching TV and a group was playing poker and partying.
I prefer to be duning, but I've done quite a few 7 - 11 day trips, and sometimes you end up with a few windy or rainy days, so I do the best I can to pass the time.

here are some more....i'm getting closer to having it perfect....i've made a couple modifications to improve on it...
first off i was having problems with the desert wind blowing out the flame so i made a damper for it

then i made a latch so i don't have to rely on a bungie strap

i also made a set up to lock in place while moving

and here are just a couple different views

i am thinking about changing out the poly bushings for delrin or brass to keep it from flexing, also making a cover, and thinking about hardlining it to trailer
(i'm not sure about this yet because i was told i can't T off the existing i have to tie directly into the propane before the trailer regulator)

The inverter mod is a must do if you've increased the size of your battery bank.
I went with the Intellicharger 80 amp

This mod pays for itself in a short while in that it will charge your batts much faster. My gennie use has dropped way down.

On the Intella Power system, does that also act as an inverter as well? Powering up your recepticals when on battery power? I'm thinking it's just a faster way to charge your batteries...but not sure. Also, will it charge the batteries faster when running the generator or just when you're hooked up to shore power.
How much for the equipment?

No, it only converts 110v to 12V and charges your batteries. Not sure, but I believe the generator puts out more amps then shore power. Bestconverter.com is selling the 80 amp model for around $250

A few more mods...
The trailer came with one 3 lb fire extinguisher. I installed 2 of the larger 4 lb fire extinguishers at the rear of the cabinets. I figured that could knock out a fire a lot better, especially if the fire is between you and the one in the front.
I also installed a nice 4hp, 5 gal air compressor in the front compartment, with another 4 gal sausage tank under the frame. This is connected via a ball valve to two quick connect fittings mounted aft of each rear tire. If I want to air up anything at the front of the trailer, connect to the compressor, to air up anything on either side or the rear, open the ball valve and connect to the appropriate rear connector.
I installed a 65W race radio in the outer storage bay. It has a non ground plane antenna on top of a 20ft flagpole mounted to the roof, so it's about 33' up there. Good enough to talk from the compound to Gordon's Well, and receive the surf report from SD.

1) Installed second motor on fifth wheel jacks
2) Alarm system with battery backup
3) 4 group 27 batteries (probably switch to 4-6v batteries when they die)
4) Electric dump switches
5) Custom flag holder
6) Hitch cover plate (To keep the birds out)
7) Inverter and charger
8) Outdoor speakers, three way switch
9) XM radio
10) Rear skid wheels
11) Satellite dish
12) Solar panels
13) Tank flush
14) New water pump

I added outdoor Advent speakers, connected to a rocker switch to select between the front bedroom speakers and the outside speakers. I also added a portable XM radio to the surroud sound receiver, and I have an FM transmitter that transmits up to 75', so I can tune both the trailer stereo and the surround sound system to the same frequency and listen to an ipod or XM radio.
I also added a crank up satellite dish (with dishnetwork dual LNB) and a 3rd dump valve. If the grey tank gets full and the black tank is less than 2/3, I can open both and dump some grey into the black tank, making more room for a longer trip.

I accidentally ripped off the bathroom roof vent on a low hanging cable, so I replaced it with a Shurflo Silver vent fan, very quiet and moves up to 980 CFM. Then I removed the vent in the living room area and replaced it with the shurflo Platinum, which has a thermostat to open/close it, a rain sensor, and an RF remote control to operate the lid and fan, infinitely variable fan speed.
At the rear of the trailer, I installed furnace filters over the vent doors at the bottom of the wall. This way, on warmer days I can open both vent flaps, turn on both roof fans to a quiet, comfortable speed and draw in cool, clean air rather than running the A/C all day. I can keep the dogs inside and they stay nice and cool.
