Jason-you can't beat Dave at Tera Trailers near my place. I got my tires from him last year.

We were there yesterday for some tire/rim swaps. He charged us $25 to change 5 tires from rim to rim.

I priced around the major outlets, even the small guys......... seems like there is a small profit on tires out there. There wasn't 5% difference in price. Got my Denmans at Big O - about $1150 for 7. That was 18 months ago.

got the maxxis tires at Big O for 800.00 all six and filled with nitro. Long trip and they felt nice very little tracking and good sidewall flex.

Ditto that. I gave him $40 instead, just cuz he always drops everything and jumps right on it. Then he started handing over free trailer parts... laughing.gif

If you can put the trailer up on blocks and get the tires/rims to Mike, Dave can sell ya the tires at pretty much wholesale.

One time Dave sold me 7 16" aluminum rims and tires for my WW and he forgot what the invoice was, he told me the price and I knew it was way too low, by at least a couple hundred. I had to dig around on his desk and finally found the invoice. Once I showed it to him, he said, "oops." So he recalculated the total, and gave himself $2 per tire.

He must be independently wealthy, cuz he sure isn't trying to make any money off of us! laughing.gif
