Anything cool going on? The Spook Run at Ocotillo isn't happening this year so is there something cool at Glamis going on? What's the word?

Due to a mass protest, Glamis will be closed the week of Halloween. That's just too bad, we bought our annual pass in hopes of enjoying the dunes that week

Please give more information reguarding the closing and protest.. I have had a trip planned that weekend for quite some time now and after endless searching have come up with no information on a closing.

It's true. The ASA is trying to fight it, but it looks almost certain at this point.
