im not 100% sure but i cant find the ASA letter that had all the info on it. Can anyone back me up on that. cause if it is only 0.5% that are even affected by us riding the dunes that is rediculous to have this plant a "top" reason to close more of our sandbox.....besides all the trash the idiots leave.
