The executive director of the Center for Biological Diversity faces 18 months of probation.

Yesterday, 39-year-old Kieran Suckling plead no contest to a trespassing charge.

Prosecutors say if Suckling successfully completes probation, he won't have to pay a 750-dollar fine or serve 30 days in jail.

Suckling was arrested August 19th on assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct charges stemming from a demonstration by about 20 protesters at a Southern Arizona Home Builders Association news conference.
