OK, I spoke too soon, it is Feb, 7&8 at the Cajon Speedway, I think my bike is cool looking, but I am not sure if it is good enough for the show and shine, how does one know if it is good enough? I can post a pic and let you be the judge, I am putting on my new swingarm this weekend.

its cool lookin but i didnt know you could enter them into any kind of contest. can you? that would be cool then to see some of those awesome bikes you see out in the sand.

on the flyer I saw it said a shine and show, open to the public, I think it is cool when people actually use their stuff after they fix them up, bikes, cars, trucks, etc. what's the purpose if they only sit on a trailer? I will try and find the link that I saw and post it. My bike will have a new +4 chrome swingarm by the end of the weekend, it should make it bling even more, I dont go fast or jump high but at least I look cool....lol, by the way we are heading out to gordons superbowl weekend, interested?

superbowl weekend we are pating at my house for the superbowl and then the weekend after that we plan to be out in gordons. one of the last planned trips of the year. others after that we usually dont plan and are last minute.

from what ive seen in the past years at the show it was basically like a very small version of the SSSS. lots of vendor and crap like that but its been a while so go for it and enter.

Its going to have the xtreme jumpers doing back flips, etc. The xr50's will also be doing the same tricks.

One big difference between Sand Sports and the San Diego Off-road Exposition is that this one is put on by all volunteers and all of the proceeds go to support off-roading! icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif

My business is getting a booth. We had one last year & did very well.
