I talked to him yesterday and asked how he was doing. he said he was still dazed and confused, so it sounds like he is almost back to normal....
He is still hurtin though, and not sure when he will be cleared to go back to work, he also said the truck had already been auctioned off so we will probably never get to see the carnage.
Rippy, if ya read this, hope you are doin better.

he was driving his work truck, it was an '08 Chevy 1500 or 2500 extra or crew cab. I think it was a 1500, only saw it once. His company bought it for him for work, but he could also use it for personal stuff too.

Thank you everyone, It sure sucks, one day everthings great , next minute your on a strecher, I'm now learning what its like to be a victum and it just sucks, to have a your favorite sport ripped right out from under ya. The truck was totaled by a 05 540 beamer, the wife couldnt get pics, its already back on the road ,its the white silverado thats going down the street sideways, I spend most of the time legally doped up and asleep, therapy 3 times a week for a few hrs a time, and thank god I at least got a young hot therapist, the wife gets a little jelouse when I talk about her, really how often can you get a nice rubdown with the wife sittin in the other room! Got my doc to let me work a few hrs when able, going back for another mri or c-scan something in the neck just aint right, a hour car ride can be down right painful, and massive migrains, it just sucks, sure gives you a differant perspective on life and how valuable your loved ones and friends are. Thank you, everyone tear it up and shred some bowls for me. I just hope I dont loose the entire desert season, or loose river season too. I dont go to the garage its to depressing so to see the car just collecting dust. Again thank you everyone, and have a happy new year, be safe, lots of friggen idiots, and there everywere, not just in the dunes.
