Front end getting done.. Truck goes to alum next week for one week for dash and center console. Motor is about 30 days out. Plumbing is getting done this week and tranny is going back in this week as well.. its going to be tight but were trying hard..
New front arms.. Pictures don't do them justice there huge!! Lots of work on these..
Seats are in!
Back seats have lots of leg room.. 6' 5" no problem Shaq attack in the front!!!

That engine looks like "ART". It's a master piece! It would be a bitchen coffee table stand, just put a piece of glass on top of it.

I was blown away at the fab work Dana is doing to this truck when I saw it a couple of weeks ago. The uniballs on the lightbar??? Awesome. The whole thing is top notch!!

FWI Kevin I wish that was a true statement, the mod that contacted me stated he had several members contact him, and that I was starting off right where I left off when you banned the real 650 hp, so there are a few little snivelers here!
But since I dont have a forty thousand dollar motor maybe I should join the trailer park dune squad and become a flatbiller !

Booshy did they rebuild the rear arms also, or just add more supports, are the arms in front originals or are they completely redesigned, did they make jigs? also are the spindles the original or redesigned, just curious now that revenge is gone, and db.com wants a arm and leg for theres, i will need a faricator for spares, the work they do just looks great

ASC is second to none. I believe the front arms were completely rebuilt. Bill doesn't mess around, everything he does is going to be the best.

Ripster,
The upper arms from DB.com was mild steel so we rebuilt them. The lower arms were beefed up with gussets and supports. He made me new spindles as he didn't like the design of the DB ones. He has water jet templets for everything. The rear arms were beefed up as well with ribs, gussets and bump stop supports.
Dana is really an amazing fabricator and reasonable in price.

If you look at page two of the thread you will see some of the new arm pictures. it was Danas Idea to weld all of those pickets on the arms on that template. it took a few solid days!! I think he is still cursing my name.. That guy can weld though!!!

I had all of my arms rebuilt with thicker molly and added gussets as well, I'm gonna stop by and check out you car, I wanna have the upper rear shock mounts reworked, and maybe add a windshield, do they do aluminum work also?
