I just ordered my gauges today after looking at this thread (Gauges Thread). In that thread, Kevin recommended ordering the Volt gauge with the "Mendeola" modification to trigger the charging circuit. I ordered my Volt gauge with that configuration and have until tomorrow morning to change the order if desired. Is a trigger/exciter required with a J35A4 alternator?

If you are ordering gauges from Speed Hut you will not be disappointed. First class gauges and service not to mention warranty issues fixed ASAP. Have them in the buggy for two seasons still working great and looking good.
