Not sure about san diego, but if you are ever in the El Centro area, I have a buddy who has the whole set up for NOS refills. He's a pretty cool guy and he'll do it in a moments notice. Let me know if you are ever out here and would like to get refilled.

check out Fiber-Tech on prospect in santee, think their number is 619-448-0221, something like that, they should be able to hook you up, or tell you someone that can.
