i need to replace my motorhome batteries..i have 2-6volt batteries. should i go with 2-6volts again, or 2-12volts?deep cycle?regular? whats the pro's and con's? also would it be better to add additional batteries? same maybe 3 or 4 batteries?? if so how would you wire the extra batteries? pos-neg-pos-neg???thx jeff

thanks for the diagram.... so i take it 6 volts the way to go??

6 6volts will give you tons of power. I run 4 6volts and have solar. Only need the gen for coffee or Micro. 2 6volts much better than 2 12volts. More storage.

Just replaced the stock two 12V's with two 6V's and man what a difference. Only had to run the Gen for appliances. Ran the heater all night and still had 2/3 battery power in the morning. The 12v's couldnt even do that when brand new.
