Almost every "show" in California or Arizona has had an aSa presence. At each of these "shows" we've had our current raffle car on display and sold tickets for it.

The raffle car is one of the aSa's major sources of funding.

Well, some of these shows have been canceled (like the ORBA show). Hmmmm. How are we going to sell raffle tickets?

We have had the raffle car (that bitchin' yellow Sand Limo!) and the H&H trailer (that goes with the car! ) on display at Broken Bike(stop by and see it!) near the entrance to Gecko Road and it's doing well at selling tickets.

We have been trying to come up with a way to sell more tickets............and we think we've hit upon a good idea!

What we need is a volunteer with a 3/4 or 1 ton 4X4 pickup, a couple more volunteers and a raffle committee person, and they can tow the car to places like Olds, Vendors, the drags, etc. and sell tickets.

I've done this before on a weekend and you just drive up somewhere and stop and people start coming over! It's easy!

Ideally, any Saturday during the dune season would be best, Sunday would work also. Holidays work really well.
