As some of my buddies know I'm always tinkering with my buggie moof.gif The other day I got a hair up my butt and wanted to take all my Click to view attachment apart and paint them green to match my car ....after checking with a couple of my painter buddies I thought it would be easier and more durable if I just powdered them. I went to my local powder coater he said he couldn't match it and it would be two weeks . I then called my old buddy Larry who originally did the granny smith green with a twist and he said bring them over and I replied with you're 5 hours away.....he said get them to those guys with the big brown trucks so I did he got them on Thurs re did them and some coils that were bothering the hell out of me being that they were red and blue and stuck out like a sore thump. The best part of this story is that I had to go to Irvine and work Thur and Friday and I needed my parts back so I could start getting it ready for Prez weekend. I asked Larry would there be any way he could meet me on my way home he said know problem he drove all the way from Apple valley to the 5 and 118 and delivered them to me for the same price as quoted yay.gif I want to recommend V&l for any one doing any powder coating they went above and beyond for a fellow duner....

From all the quotes gathered from this forum Larry beat them all.
Gave me a great price on a pair of headers. He's going to do a frame for me as well.
Since it's a good drive he'll let me hang out in the shop while he coats it!!! V&L #1!!
