Why would you want nerf bars to ride at Glamis?
Don't waste your money, but something else that may add a real benefit.

Sorry Sandpusher...i should have clarified....I will be racing the quad with a club here in Winnipeg (MX, ice-ovals, and indoor flat track) and it is a must to have along with a kill switch.
***And Glamis is still a dream i'm waiting to fullfill***
T-Day this year i hope

Nerfs are for if ya slip off the footpeg, or when you are doind tricks and you miss the pegs, they are for slip up so you dont get caught in the tire, go with the AC propegs with heelquards

Love my AC nerf bars. (Raptor w/NOS).
Whatever you do, do NOT buy DG nerf bars. I put a set on my wife's KFX400. They were a HUGE pain to install, and they rusted on the first trip to the dunes. THEY RUSTED IN THE DUNES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW DO THEY RUST IN THE DUNES?

I have ridden quads with them and do not like them. I like to have the ability to move my feet back and forth (leaning on the rear fenders). Just my opinion. All the quads I have owned, first thing gone is the stock foot webbing.

Bronco Boy, if you will do some close circuit racing, then yeah, you must have nerf bars. You don't want someone elses tires stuck between your tires.
That is the real use for nerf bars. Not for any other reason.
I've heard some really nasty stories about people getting their boots tangled up with the net and losing control of the quad.
Right on man, go do so racing. You'll love the adrenaline rushhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Yes I agree very much all the other brands of nerfbars look huge, they fill up all the space between the wheels andlook colored, the AC nerfs do the same withou looking cluttered and the propegs are sweet
