We have a E 450 class C motor home. We just got a 26 foot enclosed. Please let me know what you did to reinforce your frame to tow be able to haul this weight. I would love to see some pics. I will put Air bags on it but want to beef up the frame.

We were told yesterday by several dealers (Giant, Richardsons, La Mesa) that when you do that, the rig has to be re-certified for towing weight. Has anyone else heard that?

How much does the trailer weigh vs how much can your Class C tow? That is the real question. My Class C is rated for 5600 lbs. I tow 4200 lbs regularly and it does just fine.
