If it is, that is a waste of money, just raise our Green Sticker fees and get rid of our user fees.......there is no way that raising green sticker fees for everyone would cost that department 30% to collect, probably like 3-5%?
What concerns me more, is if they are spending 30% of our funds to police and sell these passes, what stops them from increasing it a little more and putting gates at every entrance. They have already done it in Buttercup!!
