I am just wrapping up a laundry room and minor kitchen remodel and looking for my next adventure...
I am up for anything, home maintenance/repair/refreshening, plumbing service and repair, trash/debris hauling, etc.
Trades include:
Drywall/texture
Painting
Plumbing (re-pipes, water heaters, if water, sewer or gas goes through it, I can probably fix it)
Tile
Carpentry
Electrical
and the list goes on...
Thanks,
Screamin Ian

Thanks for thinking of me guys, At the moment I will travel anywhere, if need be I can throw my tools in the 5er and stay in that while I do the work, I did that for a job in Indio for 17 days while I did a fire restoration job in an apartment complex.
Granted it wouldnt be worth it to travel 3 hours for a 1 hour job, but I will definately travel within a 100 mile radius for a full days work, even farther for longer jobs.
I do have a small portfolio on my website at www.coleyconstruction.com. And if any of you guys do web design I will trade work for a new webpage.
Thanks again,
Ian

Last job I finished took me 4 days...that was moving a water heater from inside the house in a laundry room to the other side of the wall into the garage...re did the water, gas and vent lines for that. Then also installed a utility sink in the laundry room. Repaired all the drywall ready for paint.
Day 1 was open drywall and run water and drain lines for new utility sink.
Day 2 was build water heater stand, reroute water, gas and vent lines for water heater, relocate water heater, install earthquake straps.
Day 3 was repair drywall and relocate water softener 3'
Day 4 was spray texture then install utility sink and clean.
Did one job last week in a home office. Added 3 new outlets and installed an exhaust fan and switch. (customer wanted to exhaust pipe smoke out of his office). Repair drywall and texture 11X13 ceiling.
No job too simple or too small....
Thanks

That kitchen work looks beautiful, Ian.
Where are you these days, still up the hill? The wife and I have some projects that we want to do, but I wouldn't want you to make a special trip down the hill to bid it, as we're not ready to pull the trigger just yet.
We're doing landscaping right now, so the kitchen stuff is after that. We're by Mesa College, and if you're going to be in the area sometime I'd be glad to grill up some some Carne Asada for dinner if you'd like to come take a look and give us a ballpark bid.

Yo Ian...I work for a Flood/mold/sewage and fire damage company, Clean Earth Restorations. We specialize in controlling mold, containment, drying, etc. We also have a recon devisions that's focused on remodeling of damage from the flood/fire and we are quite busy.
Let me talk to my boss and see what he says. I know we sub-out some of our jobs when we're busy. I know right now our recon side is pretty busy.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that, I am actually finishing up a flood damage job right now. I have done a few of them including my own house a few years ago, and one for Chris Boyer from the Dave, Shelly and Chainsaw show on KGB.....lol
