there is a thread on here....not really sure where it is.

but no it was not a hit n run. the driver of the rail did stop.only one leg was cut off immeditly.the leg was not savable.but the guy did servive.also i didnt hear anything about it being an alcahol accident.from what i had read it was an accident that had just happened.

That says it all. Probably the same accident reported on this site but the story has gotten twisted.

That is why I was originally skeptical posting this, People can skew things when
hearing second, third, hand. That is why I questioned if legit.

Doubtful if any hallucinogenic substances were involved (Not sure why a credible
Admin person would make such an accusation)

But needed to be addressed if not posted here before. Correct info should
be publicly aired to help out parties involved if not been already.
