So I found a used 16K hitch through a friend and I am not sure exactly what I need to be looking for to ensure it's in good working order....the person that had it before had left it in the truck so the paint is a little faded. Super good deal so I want to make sure it's not TO good a deal you know what I mean....so if anyone has any pointers I would really really appreciate it.
