why do you want a returnless ? if that is how your fuel rail on your 2.4 is set up you could change to a 2.2 rail with built in regulator and then just use a aftermarket pump

The fuel system in the Ecotec 2.4 is actually NOT returnless. The return is just "in the tank" next to the pump. It bleeds the pressure off in the tank as opposed to the return style fuel rails that send excess fuel back to the tank via a return line. The idea behind it was to reduce emissions(so I have heard)...

All you need is a universal bypass fuel regulator with a return to the tank. This makes the "returnless" system into a return style system. Here is a Pic on how I set this up on my car. It works great.
