The frames are made by Zieman. Good quality, but Warrior piled waaaaaaaaay too much weight on em, and well, we all know how that story turned out!

If you can find one where the CCC is more than 2000lb, you'll prolly be ok I'd guess.

There are certain mdels and years where WW had some issues w/ frames bending. Not sure what those are. There was a class action lawsuit on the affected models.

You're right, but not all tag trailers are affected. I think it was '03-'05 Fs2800 and Fs3000.

the last time I went to WW when they were still in Upland there were two others getting the same fix as mine. WW at least on my CL decided to weld a reinforcing brace in the pin box area which weakened that area........long list of things happened because of the frame twisting there

the panel that covers the frame of the trailer above the truck bed rails would rip the screws out or at least loosen all of them every single trip

bedroom slide and kitchen slide both had numerous alignment issues

floor kept buckling in the kitchen

it was always my fault, then the floor buckled again when they brought the trailer back to me after they fixed it,(all of 50 miles) they pulled the front cap off when they got it back and found broken welds broken wood structure.......they rebuilt it and it has been fine ever since

Just like he said on these models. My bro has an FS3000 that he had severe frame damage. He took it back and supposedly put his whole box on a new frame I believe. I dont think he has had any issues since.

'97 FB2400 + '03 SLC3905 + '08 CL4005 = 3 zieman frames, never had a frame related issue.

Like previous said, there were some frame issues on certain years & models. As with all do your your homework & you'll know what to avoid.

I had an 04 FS3000 and I had no issues until I moved up to a V8 buggy and started hauling it. When I had the buggy in the trailer, I had a hard time getting the steps to the door down. With no buggy in the trailer, the steps came out just fine..... There was some flex there....
My 06 5th wheel Warrior has no issues.

It's the thickness of the A-frame that you need to look at. 3/16" good 1/8" no good.
