We have taken the next step in technology and decided to make the meeting available live online, as well as recorded to be viewed at your leisure after the meeting from our website.

You can join up to 45 min. prior to 10 am, May 2nd.

Our 'e-room' will support up to 1000 attendees.

Most of the days events will be online, and live video feeds.

You will also be asked for your name, and email address when you join the meeting, however your attendance is anonymous.

You will also be able to raise your hand during various the Q&A Sessions to ask questions.

After the meeting we will edit the recorded video and make it available to view from our website.

NOTE: Attendees may be asked to approve a "Window Active X Control". When you first enter the meeting room.

What a great idea! I think having it available for online attendance will get the word out to more people in more areas!
