Tried McCormick And Schmicks tonight.
I was not impressed.
In fact they didn't even charge me for the King Crab legs after I told them they sucked

So it tastes good w/the squash? I've seen this sort of recipe dozens of times, but haven't ever heard from someone who's tried it. Do tell~ how's the texture, taste, comparison to spaghetti noodles, etc.
I was always skeptical at first because im not a big squash fan but it was pretty damn good

. Texture was pretty close to the same as noodles. The squash has a sweet taste to it so it made it all good. She usually makes her own sauce but decided to ragu it this last time around. I will ask her for her recipie

Tonight's dinner, and since I'm home alone all week, probably lunch and dinner for the next few days, is a roast I'm cooking in the crock pot. Since Cortni is not here I get to cook it the "guy way."

Recipe: One roast (duh). Two big cans of cream of mushroom soup, one big onion, partially chopped and partially mashed into a liquid paste so it mixes with the sauce, chopped potatoes, plenty of pepper, garlic salt, and seasoning salt, AND, the secret ingredient...
DRUM ROLL PLEASE...
A whole bunch of country gravy! Gravy, glorious gravy!

Mixed in the crock pot of course.
Never tried this before but it sounds good. I'll let you know how it turned out in about 6-7 hours.
