As some of you probably know, My husband (cuzzin eddy) ran for a public office and won in November. He is rarely home so in order for me to see him I have to follow him where ever he goes. This past friday, we were invited by the base commander to attend a dinner for community leaders and local politicians. At this dinner, the base commander said they are actively looking to fill 200 engineering posistions and 300 mechanical maintenance positions this year.

People use those positions to get their foot in the door, then something better comes along and they move on to bigger and better opportunities.
So, lets try to keep politics out of this thread and get info to people who are out of work and need a hand up.

Looks like you just hopped on the wagon too.
Like I said if you are an engineer you are not having a hard time in this economy. It's one of the best degree's to have when looking to be employeed. Im actually bringing something to this topic. Thanks.
