Ever Since the 1st one was done (you know who!) I told myself now that would make me a Funco Guy! Always have and always will like the closed doors on these....Especially the Magnum version!

If somehow I pull through this EFFED UP ECONOMY I will buy this car next!

By the way Grant, I went for my first buggy ride last month.

It was one of your turbo Subie screamers, pushing pretty high boost I think, and I can't even describe how freakin' impressed I was!

I know Funcos are generally regarded as the most nimble "sand slot cars" out there but I had no idea what it felt like to actually be strapped into one when it's being put through it's paces!

There was more than one occasion when I thought "that's it, we're rollin' for sure!" (including an off-camber cutting brake over-rotation)

Throttled out and it took off like we were on rails!

I have made a few "Mini-van" jokes myself, but I had a minivan and mine didn't drive like that!

That is a sexy looking car!! I dig it!!!

I think a hood would be a mistake on that car. That is a high visibility duning car. 1/2 roof and no hood, smart choice.

Here you go...
The front has that "cap" above the lights, so the hood portion would actually sit below this. it might look a little akward vieing it from the driver's point of view.

I've seen his before and nothing personal to TNT but I don't like the half and half look. Can you photshop the whole thing with high sides?

Rob Kasch did the high side Magnum Gen. 4. You can probably find pics of it in Chummin's pics of the 3rd buggy epo from last year.

Just went and checked them out. It's hard to get a feel for what it would look like though because he also carried the roof all the way to the back of car which goes back to the mini van days.

I love both colors. I couldn't afford one of these anyway, but if I could I wouldn't be worried about vision, my current buggy is full body, and it's just a "hope we're OK" kind of thing anyway. I'm sure the normal Funco visibility is great, but I still like full body looks.

With the LOOOONG roof, that's the DODGE MAGNUM SRT8 of buggies. BTW, I think that they're BADASS!!!!!

They're is also a Gen3 with the high sides that looks bitchen. Nice work Grant, you guys always build bad Azz car.
