need to buy a new cover, ...who can validate theirs and who makes it? Some covers seem so crappy, some over the top. I just want a good cover for the buck..whatever that is....it is.... for a 30' class A.
Where did you get yours?

I currently use an Adco poly/tyvek cover on my 32' class A. It's a universal fit cover, but fits snug so there's no need to tie it down in the front or back, just the straps under the chassis. This said, in the San Fernando Valley it lasted about 3.5 years before it really fell apart. I bought it off ebay for $175 (they're about $400 new) so it did the job for the price as far as I'm concerned. I just put a new one on (same exact cover, again from ebay for $200 shipped) and hope to get the same life out of it.

Before I picked up the last cover, I researched custom, and semi custom sunbrella covers that are supposed to last much longer. I found a place called Calmark Covers in Oxnard that sells a semi custom sunbrella for $28 a foot. For my moho it would be nearly $1k for a cover that has a 6 year warranty. The way I look at it, if I can keep finding the adco covers on ebay for around $200 I can buy 5 of them for the price of one custom cover. If each one lasts 3 years, that's 15 years of usage.....better than 6.

I think alot of it depends on how the cover fits your motorhome too. The universal adco fits good so it doesn't flap around in the wind or anything, so it seems to stay in place which minimizes the chance of it getting torn up.

Do you have a link? I need one for a 36' class A MoHo. Do they go down low enough to cover the tires??

I went on ebay and they were like high 3's and low 4's. Which company do you get yours through?? I know mine will be a little more cause 36' but I'm finding prices in the double range.

Sorry....shoulda made it clear. I watched ebay until somebody (private party) was selling a new one that they hadn't used. For some reason, it happens pretty often. People must buy the cover thinking they're going to use it and then they never do.

I was on ebay last night, and there is another new in the box Adco one on there for $199 with a $249 buy it now, $30 shipping. If I hadn't just put my new one on, I'd probably scoop this one up and throw it in the shed for when I need it.

As for covering the tires, no. My cover sits just about level with the bottom of the sides of the moho and then I put on seperate tire covers to keep them in good shape.

Try Expedition. They are relatively inexpensive compared to many others. I haven't got one yet, but my neighbor has had the same one on his trailer for the last 4 years and it sits in direct sunlight in East San Diego County.
BTW: I was told, depending on the size of cover you buy, you should figure $100 for every year of warranty the manufacturer offers. So if the cover offers a three year warranty, you're looking at about $300. For my FSC3200, Expedition quoted me a price of $328 otd with shipping and handling included.
