I can weld anything. no job too small. aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium, Inconel, magnesium, 4130 I can't keep cars overnight, but i can fix your cracks, custom fuel tanks and exhaust repair is my specialty. I have worked building custom exhaust systems, fuel tanks, and airframe repair on aircraft for the past 8 years. I have also moonlighted at machine shops doing piece work, specialty, and mobile welding.

Dude did a FABULOUS job on my gas tank.. This isn't no burnt out mcgyver welder..
Sausage wants specifics, very professional, he takes his work seriously..
All I can say is use him now because when he runs into the right opportunity you'll be lucky to get
him to sneeze at your cracked welds for the price he's charging now..
Dude has my stamp of approval and if you look around, there aren't many people I do recommend.
I have some work for you bro, but not for at least 6-8 weeks. (need some extra bracing on my cage and new links welded up)

Ditto on Legit's recommendations.
Matt has been doing work for me for many years. Top notch for sure!
I still need to come by and have my steps fully welded on.
Here's one example of his work:

I wish you were up in the Corona area. I have a project that needs completion. It only needs 3 hours work, though.
If you are up in the area and want to do it please PM me and I'll tell you where it's at.

Clean work Sausage!
Question-I noticed the radii on the fuel cell you have pictures of are slightly larger than that of a typical finger/box brake. Were those bends done with a press brake and perhaps a .500" radius form tool? Just curious-I always like getting tips/tricks from other fabricators.

I'm looking for a hatch for my RV. The picture is about what I'm looking for. The cargo roof hatch is made of a cheap light weight plastic that affords no security at all. So I'm looking to replace with this type of hatch.
I don't need it to be a flush mount as pictured. It can be surface mounted which should be allot easier to build.
Do you think you can make me something?
How much $ ?
Thanks

ding ding ding good eye. that was formed with a raduis tool in a hydraulic brake I had to have that done out of house as my brake wasn't long enough.
....to be honest with you, as a tip. if you want a cheap radius tool, bend up a sheet of alumn. the length of your shear. leave it in when you bend your piece. the thicker the material you use (that is left in the shear) the larger the radius you get. you will need to adjust your brake depending on what type it is/set up. you can make nice radius bends with a cheap hand brake.

Sausage-
I have used this trick before in my brake and it seems to work very well. You just can't go wrong with a hydraulic press brake though! That is next on my list for my home shop...that and a power shear. Do you have your TIG certs done? If so, where/how did you get them done? I know this is something that really isn't demanded in the off road industry, but I would still like to have certs on the wall. I ask you because you are doing work on aircraft and I assume some certs might be required? Correct me if I am wrong...
-BT
Also...who does your press brake work???

I would need dimensions, means of attachment (how you want it to attach to your trailer), and some other specifics. but i could do something like that yes.
