these are ready ... yo both sides of the tank,what do you guys think? do they look original?

look at my 74 today and i have little darker color yellow on mine. but me brothers tank look like yours ????? got me wondering if if that was a change for the 75 year model?????? because mine was a bought in may of 75. and his was bought in april of 74. i take pics of mine and show you it. they look good to me!!

These have always been a pale yellow (IMO) I buffed a spot on this tank and got them REAL close.. I guess if anyone complains they can always go to the dealer and buy new ones ... these will be a complete set with the two frame "chrome decals" for another 10 bux.. been on 70 stickers all day... workin fer peanuts..

her is you ssome pics i found on the 74 and 75 year you look and see what you think. i just always thought my brothers was just faded untill i seen yours hum?? first one is 74 and second is 75 pics. sweet i like it alot !!!

I'm glad you posted that.. I had the stripes running the length of the fenders (19.5") so i fixed them to 16inches long.. and your right that other color has more orange in it..

here is pics of me 75 (i call it) and my brothers 74 tank you can see his is almost white.

I guess I could add a touch more orange to compensate for fading of the old decals I went off of. But my tank here is is consistent from side to side..

Heres the final deal..The Piss yellow color whether right or wrong is just plain ugly... and the pale yellow with a touch of orange is kinda weird also.. So i went with the Sunflower Yellow as in the brochure Josh sent... take it or leave but it is the best color for that shade of red.. in the end they are reproductions.. it's up to the printer to say what color goes out.. just like the repo 73 decals that have been around forever who ever made those added the gradient blend of Orange to yellow on the flames.. the originals only had the gradient blend from Blue to Yellow on the Honda and no blend on the flames... so there you have it.. if you get them from me you get sunflower yellow..

lol, i think you guys will find that the original decals were the darker color. the lighter color is from the stickers fading over the years.
