I am looking for someone to go to a website and get the emails of all the people at a certain company. I need a list of names and addresses in an excel document. There are 600 people.
Some emails are on the company website, some are on other sources.... This should take 3-4 Hours. Pay is $100.....It is not much but it could lead to more of these types of jobs as well.
This would be a great opportunity for a stay at home mom or someone who is unemployed....I could use a reliable source for these types of odd projects periodically.
Please send me an email to Scott@gorealtysource.com
Thanks!

Did that company give Direct Consent to do so?
"Direct consent" means that the recipient has expressly consented to receive e-mail advertisements from the advertiser, either in response to a clear and conspicuous request for the consent or at the recipient's own initiative.

Doesn't matter if the emails are listed up on the web... Once they do, direct consent goes out the window as the emails are now public domain. Unless of course the emails are listed on internal password protect sites, however how in the hell are they going to prove that???

He's just selling the list, not doing advertising. I assume he's collecting the contact information for asset managers to sell to real estate agents who are trying to get REO properties.

California Business And Professions Code is not really a law... They (CBPC) have their own elected board who investigates allegation of violations of their code...
Pete,
Thanks for your email....Have your wife give me a call when she gets a chance......(619)258-1000 x5
Mike, If it doesn't work out with her for some reason I will give you a call.
FYI - This is 100% legit and all the assumptions of what I am doing are incorrect. I am not looking to sell any type of list.

these 600 records are probably part of a data base.. Hiring a DB programmer to make you a program takes the 3rd party person out of it.
Im all for hiring peeps that need it, but Im also all about efficiency.
Without any details on how the records are kept I might be speaking a mute point, but if organized - a developer can make this happen fast and any future requests happen just as fast..
Why limit yourself to just the single list?
