I don't know if it's the same type of spicy your after but here's one that comes to mind.
I love to grill the steaks just nice and simple. Maybe rub a little salt & pepper with some rosemary. Then I make this dipping sauce that is 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 horseradish and lots of grated garlic. ooooh yummy - just might have to make some tomorrow night.

Couple Filet Mignon drizzle some Bearnaise sauce over them.. Or blacken some Rib eyes in a cast iron skillet and add a little balsamic vinegar to them while they are cooking.

I like to add just Salt and pepper
If you want something spicy make some spicy beans or something
or better yet take her out for a nice steak.

There's a certain amount of pride that goes with having a bike with no push-start. It lets the boys know from the get-go that I'm not a princess and I know what the eff I'm doing. Course it also can make me look like an idiot like when I was all by myself trying to gear up for a ride with Fireball and all of GlamisGreengo and his buddies are in camp next to me....and the darn thing would not start!
That said...I'd love a 450, but for now my 250 suits me just fine

Good luck with the dinner! What a sweetie you are to do that. I usually end up taking myself out for ice-cream whenever I get a promotion or a new job.

stir fry
slice up the steaks, add some veggies (bell peppers, green peas, mushrooms, brocali, onion habaneros) , garlic,
heat up the pot, put some spicey chili oil, add the veggies, when they start to look soft, add the steak and garlic
serve with rice and quality beer

Chop them up throw them in a skillet add tomato, onion, cilantro, yellow peppers, garlic salt, and pepper. If you really want it spicy, you can replace the yellow peppers with chipotle peppers in adobo.
