Just wanted to know if it is possible to run a turbo or supercharger on a two-stroke motor?

I have seen a banshee turboed, a biotch to dial in though. The guy was constantly wrenching on it.

there are a few companies that make turbos for banshee. one i think even had a fuel injection kit to adapt to it. its not cheap thow. they can run close to $5000 for the kit but it takes a stock bike and can make it put out like something like 130hp.
ill try to find the link

heres the best pic of a turbo in a banshee i can find for now. you can clearly see the turbo where the air box is suppose to go.

hopefully this brings some insight to ya. they are also starting to do it to thumpers too. the bad part about turbo 2-strokes is you have to run off alchol cuz the compression and pressure the turbo creates.

That looks like a pretty good sized turbo for a 350...any idea what kind of boost they're pushing?
My Mazda's a 2 stroke turbo...

Thanks for the posts. I wasn't sure if it would work or not. I thought that it wouldn't because with the turbo there is constant pressure on the intake side which would keep the reed valve open all the time and would not close upon compression. I guess that I was wrong, or there is another way around it.
Thanks...this is something that I will NEVER do, I just just wondering if it was possible.
