I got some chicken 1/4's on sale , need some ideas how to do them different on the BBQ . I don't want to just toss them on the grill.
stugots
Place plain yogurt, sliced up lemon, Garlic and salt and pepper with Chicken in a zip lock and let sit over night in the fridge. Grill it up.
lokosvt
Salsa de Amor the yellow one, salt and pepper.
TheWrenchWench
Soy sauce, pineapple juice, lemon juice, white onion finely chopped, and garlic. Marinade all day (I usually cut the drumstick from the thigh so that it marinades better. Mop with the sauce as you cook it.

Predator Chick
I learned to cook the chicken on tinfoil first, i add marinade, or water to keep the chicken cooking in juices, then when I feel it's done I remove the tinfoil and brush marinade on the chicken, cook it directly on the grill for a few more minutes. Chicken is cooked throughly without burning it.

We bought some kind of wing sauce from the store too that you add butter to until you have your desired taste and then you pour it over your baked or grilled chicken. We have been doing it with the drums and legs. I always peel the skin off before cooking though, can't stand skin. The kids love the sauce and it's a cheap wing night.
HELLRAISER
I use dunegoons recipe, maranate chicken over night or 6 hrs, kokkomans terayaki-7up-brownsugar,chicken comes out so plump and juicy, and the terayaki flavor makes your mouth water that has you coming back for more! Dont be affraid of putting your favorite bbq sause on it! The cooking is a bit tricky, since its marinaded,it likes to burn easily,so i cook indirect method but i might try the foil version predator girl suggested above!!! hr.gif
