We made this last weekend. Just use your good meatloaf recipe, then add bacon (cooked and crumbled on the inside). Smoked it for 4 hours. Last 1 hour, smother with ketchup. MMMMM

What temps did you run?
I used briquets and kept the temps 200 to 225. Made great meatloaf sandwiches for work!
