They werent done yet on these pics, still needed to be fried a lil bit more. I love them, ate about 8 tacos.

Clean them, throw them on the disco. Add enough water to boil them for about 1.5 hours, add a chopped fresh onion and some carnation milk. Once the water evaporates they will fry on there own fat. Add salt and pepper, and enjoy.

That is yucky.. when I lived down there, my best friend's family used to bbq them and I think some other awful stuff.... icky...

They have to be boiled for a while, they will come apart.

Got that wrong, menudo contains beef stomach, legs and tendons. These are beef intestines, something very different from menudo.
