So I saute the garlic with olive oil and put it in a dish with butter add a few sprinkles of seasoning and mix it together. Then I put it on some nice french bread or even an english muffin believe it or not!! Tiny bit of Mozzeralla and bake away
I used raw garlic mostly before but when I saute it I love it so much better. You can taste the little roasted pieces...so yummy!
