I am looking at buying a new 08 Weekend Warrior FS2600 with the smooth Fiberglass siding. I have a 2500 Duramax so I don't think I will have an issue pulling it. I just want to make sure it will fit my Rhino, quad and YZ250 within the weight ratings.
The UVWR is 8648
GVWR is 11,100
The salesmen told me to subract 1250lbs off the UVWR for the 150 gallons of water it holds. I wasn't sure if the water was included in that number or not. Can someone let me know if I am off on this. To me that it seems heavy if the water isn't included in the UVWR.
Thanks for your help in advance...

salesman can find the sticker under the sink and tell you exactly...
it would say something like:
gvwr ...
minus uvw ...
minus fresh water 1250
minus propane 63
=CCC for this trailer ...

Thank you for responding. I will ask him to read off the sticker for me...

if you want to know the true uvwr for your trailer, have them take it down and have it weighed prior to purchase. look at the slip. now subtract that number form the 11200 number. thats how much you can carry, and be within trailer sticker gvwr. remember, that number has to be the toys, water, propane, food, clothing, bedding, etc. i hate to tell ya this, but your are gonna go over the gvwr on the trailer with it loaded up. be prepared for sticker shock when you actually see what the trailer weighs while empty.
i have an 08 cr3905 and the sticker is 16000
it scales at 18-19000 depending on whats in there.
weekend warrior stickers and weights have been beat to death here on the boards. they were sued for false weights, they re-issued stickers to customers, etc.
they have since closed their doors, and filed for bk. hopefully you know this. be sure to get yourself a service contract if you do buy this trailer. if you decide to purchase the trailer, contact headinjury here on the board, and he can tell you a fair price to pay for it. he used to sell them, and he sold many many many of them. he knows them in and out, and knows what you should be paying for it. pm him before you buy it!!

Yeah, I have been researching WW since they have gone out of business. I don't really care too much about the warranty. With them going out of business it has given me an opportunity to get a $52k trailer for $23k. I am prepared for issues to come up but I don't think that WW is the only toy hauler company to have issues. It seems like they all have certain quirks.
I had a feeling about the weight being an issue especially on a 2 axle trailer. I may just hold off for a little while and get a 5th wheel or something. Thanks for helping me out.

no problemo. like i said, any ww questions, pm headinjury, or post them up. there are plenty of people around here that will help out. and you are correct, weekend warriors are not the only trailers with issues. good luck.

Thanks for the props Chz, like a lot have said, the best way to find ur weight is to take it to a scale. Its really inexpensive. I believe ur truck will be fine towing it , but they do get real heavy real fast. Have it weighed.

At least your looking at the dual axel FS and not the dual axel FSC now that thing had no room for toys on the scale, Or so I have heard.

Your truck will be fine towing it, but your receiver hitch will be overloaded.
My buddy has that trailer, with Aluminum siding. I have a tongue weight scale and we measured the tongue weight. It was 1700lbs with empty tanks and no toys in the back. With full water, empty black and empty gray, the tongue weight went up to 2100lbs. Once we put 2 quads in the back, the tongue weight went back down to 1700lbs.
A trailer with fiberglass sides will be even heavier.
The stock hitch on your truck will be rated to 12,500lbs total and 1,250 lbs tongue weight with a WD system.... I think that is right. It might be rated to 1500/15000. Look at the sticker on the truck.
So, you will need a bigger receiver and the Reese Tow Beast WD system to handle that much tongue weight.
Just giving you some real like numbers.

We have a truck scale here at our factory if any one needs help finding out the correct weight we can even split the hitch and the axle weights apart to make sure you get the right hitch size we only charge $20...
We have been helping customers who have other brands of toy haulers look at how close there true weight is and I'm not going to say much other than bring your hauler by to see where your trailer really is at with it loaded or unloaded, I know we all know that a lot of MFG's aren't posting the weight of the trailer with all the options on the trailer as it rolls off line, so there can be a lot of confusion so I asked the owner of our company if we could help others out by showing them there true weight of the trailer there thinking of purchasing or already own...
So if anyone needs help just PM me...

Thats a great offer. Not many manufactures would even offer this kind of help. I was close to pulling the trigger on a new Stellar but I was too upside down on trading my motorhome in. Very nice trailers. Dont see too many on the used market. When I finally find a trailer, I more than likely take you up on your offer...

I have that exact trailer with alum sides. With four quads and all my stuff in it, im maxed out on the scales. fiberglass adds about 1k lb, so youll be a tad over. 3/4 and 1 ton trucks are rated for 20,000lb combined truck and trailer weight. i was at 19,600.

Mine is at 22,000lb combined. I wasn't really worried about the truck more about the trailer being over 11,100 with my rhino and water in it. I guess I can always go with 16" rims and E rated tires to bump up the weight ratings since it has 6klb axles on it. I am going to go and check it out tomorrow. It seems like a good deal and I don't want to pass it up but at the same time I want to make sure I don't have issues with my toys...

You might have them weigh the actual unit you are looking at to see what it is empty, also have them check tounge weight so you know what is on the trailer axles. I'm surprised that 26 would be almost 9k, I know FS30's with fiberglass that are right at 9k. Lots of people carry more than a rhino, quad and bike in a 26 I can tell you that. You don't want to be overloaded but if you are close it might work for you. Another option is to travel with less water if possible.

IMHO, too heavy for only two axles.
I had a FB26, put buggy and two little kid quads in it, I never had it weighed, but I certainly felt heavy and it went thru tires
If I was you, I would look at a trailer a little bigger with three axles, they tow so much nicer.

I bought my 08' attitude fsak 26' with nearly every option on it, back in April of 07' for 23k. Even if its a "new" 08 trailer, it's old stock. You should be able to get it cheaper than the current asking price. Also my 08' sticker for weight says 7500 lbs empty (I have aluminum siding), and close to 12500 gvwr. Close to 2500 lbs worth of cargo can be put in it....
