i am thinking of taking my older than dirt yami 100cc 2 stroker motor and putting it in one of my old 3 wheelers. i know that it will take some fab work to get the motor in there, but is this worth it.

to me i think it would be sweet to have a 2 stroke little 3 wheeler. it would have 4 or 5 gears and a clutch(can't remember how many gears it has.) my only concerns are with registering it. i HAD both titles long ago but never registered them. do i need anything when and if i get this thing together for the DMV?

----->next part
back when the yami ran, it would only run for a short period and then die. aside from it being a fuel shortage, what would cause that. another thing is the spark/electrical system, what should i check if i get no spark? remember this thing is a 72 or something.

ok folks thanks and lets see how far this thing gets.

How long would it run for? Sometimes, different parts heat up and stop working. They will fire right up again after they cool. This happens alot with ignitions.

it would run for what would seem about as long as it would take to go through the gas in the bowl. i will have to check it for spark this weekend, but the last time it ran was about 5 years ago. there are pics of this survivor in sycho's post.

just found a lot of useful parts for both bikes on ebay, and one of the yami in good shape. or at least what mine should have looked like.
SHOCKER
It sound like a fun little toy when it gets runing
