I must admit I am not much of a cook or chef, honestly i am far from it. However, I have been looking online for easy and delicious tailgating recipes. And haven't had much luck. Therefore, I am asking the wonderful people of gd.com what are your favorite tailgating recipes? and if it isnt much of a hassle could you possibly post the recipes? i have the drinks down just need some food. Thanks!

Whiskey and Raspberry Chipotle Sauce - you can't go wrong!
3/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey (or not, depending on your taste...)
1-1/2 cups Roasted Raspberry Chipotle sauce (we get it at Costco...)
1 pound Little Smokies, or other corktail-sized smoked wieners (meatballs work well also)
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and cook until heated through. Transfer to a small crock-pot turned to low heat when ready to serve. Provide toothpicks for spearing the wieners. Serves 6 to 8 as finger food.

Sounds like you must have found tickets for the Broncos game. Congrats!!! I'll wait to see what you are going to make before I come crash your tailgate party.

best idea is quick food, burgers, steaks, shrimp ( or some stuff thats been semi cooked), tater salad, chips, habanero salsa
if your taking a moho best time to bbq is after the game when you have to wait for just about everyone to leave anyway, eat then
last thing I wanted to do was sit and babysit a bbq when I could be enjoying the atmosphere
