I got pulled over in my golf cart a few weekends ago and got a "warning" about the seat belts. I had them in the rear but not the front I thought that was the law and he told me I have to have them in the front too.

Seems kind of dangerous to me. I could understand the rear since you sit backwards but the front just seems dangerous.

We were pulled over by the the Sherriff's dept at Gordons Well when we had our golf cart. The reason they pulled us over was the passenger on the back seat needed a seatbelt. He also told us the front passengers did not need seatbelts. Once again different rules for different LEO's. They did not issue a ticket but I never followed up to see what the actual law states.
