Youth Safety GearCA State Helmet Law: All persons, regardless of age, who operate or ride all terrain vehicles (ATVs) on public lands in California must wear an approved safety helmet. (38505 C.V.C. $100 Fine)
A helmet is a requirement to ride, but there are other important items that provide some much needed protection.

* Goggles
* Long Sleeve Shirt
* Chest Protection
* Gloves
* Long Pants
* Boots
Kids grow like Bean Sprouts it seems....I know mine do.
So I'll set-up this thread as an area for Parents to post their Youth Gear that they are willing to donate, trade, sell or buy from other Members of this Board.Spam or unrelated posts will be Deleted to keep on Topic.

hey crusty good idea. i was telling the wife that we should bring our kids stuff they have outgrown to glamis and see if anyone would want them for their kids. i know my kids need a couple things and we have a few pairs of pants and jerseys that they have out grown and still look new. this could be done at the the family/group camp in a couple weeks.

I would like to see a picture of a wrist brace as well...last year my daughter was riding at night, not paying attention, and hit one of the railroad ties that were laying along wash road. Her wrists were hurting her pretty bad...
