I'm guessing this is for a 70 atc?
My 88 kit for my 50 came with a new carb... I would suggest putting one on there...especially if someone heavy is riding it.
Good luck Esco, let us know what happens.

Kinda... for a 70.
If it's gonna be the summer project, you might as well do it right. Takegawa makes 88 kits for the CRF70, I would think that kit would fit perfect.
ECC has a White Brothers catalog you could pick up and take a look at... tons of stuff in there could work (has A LOT of Takegawa parts)... I was thinking about it for the little blue one but, I'd rather have it 100% stock.
My 88 kit was $450 brand new, came with everything... had it on in like 6 hours or less (few hours per day).

ECC= Escondido Cycle Center?

Yep.

The 88 kit came with:
New carb
New filter
New piston, rings, etc.
New cylinder
New gaskets
You can also get a pro series head that is "port matched" to the cylinder (you still use the stock head and it's still for the 50 or 70 cc piston). That's where the money and the speed REALLY come in. I was gonna get the head but, it's time to save for a rail that won't break my knee...
