what goes on here at the dunes for thanksgiving

On Thanksgiving I usually see mid-level management seminars or the occasional corporate conference. Sometimes you get a Pilates class at the dunes there... but don't count on it.

I need to know the technique for cooking one in the sand please.

Try a post in Duners Delight. I remember a few people revealing their secrets last year. I know you need a large pit or garbage can and lots of coals. Supposedly turns out really tender and delicious!

We did 3 deep fried ones last year, but oil is really expensive so I want to try the ground method. Thanks, I 'll do some searching in Duners Delight.
