I just picked up a 300 ex for my son and I went to change the oil when I took the cover off the filter it shot out and I couldnt see what direction the solid metal piece went in or the black oring wether it faced the engine or faced the cover plate and there is no owners manual for the quad the other qyads I have , the black oring faces the engine but the picture I found online shows the opposite and the dealer here doesnt have the manual I need for the quad need some help please
