Wireless Billing Report Admin
Duties: Prep for analysis current wireless phone bills from carriers by organizing data including total mins used, monthly cost, additional services etc. Pull data electronically from web login or CD billing. Join data with reporting tool by uploading raw data. Format and manipulate data to prep for analysis by tier two billing specialist who in turn will complete anaylsis and present to customer. Enter service tickets to make changes to billing items in order to manage costs.
Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication skills, attn to detail, independent yet team worker, ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work in fast paced environment. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
Requirements: High School, some college or equivalent experience. 2 years professional and/or technical experience. Microsoft Office familiarity is essential, especially OUTLOOK and EXCEL.
Salary Range $11-$13/hr. DOE Benefits including 50% medical after preset waiting period. 1 week/year vacation accrued after waiting period.
Hours: 8-5pm.
