We are looking for a Customer Care Rep for a rapidly growing company that manages wireless/wirelines for businesses. We are a fast paced company looking for a dedicated full time Customer Care Support Rep. Hours are 8 to 5, Monday thru Friday, but if you are a student or need different hours we are open to that for the right person. We are located in Tempe AZ, and are a FUN company with a casual office. We deal with all wireless carriers in support of appx 8000 wireless lines of service for worldwide businesses. We offer a direct, dedicated support team to our customers so THEY don't have to go to the carrier, we basically do the support to them so they don't have to waste their time on the phone with the carriers.
I am the Customer Care Team Leader, and have been there for almost 2 years now. No two days are the same, it is very busy, so being a multitasker is a must. No wireless background is required, but if you have it, that is a plus. I can honestly say that we have a GREAT relationship with the owners and you are often working directly with them. We like the motto work hard and play hard! We enjoy Team Building events (we just closed shop early 2 Fridays ago and went for a few Ice Cold Delicious Beverages and bowling!), Holiday Parties, etc.
