the 2 extra lights on the baja r only supposed to be 35 watts. i had one burn out and i cant find an H3 35 watt bulb. i have a few 55 and 100's but the book says that if u put anymore than 35 watt bulbs in those then the battery wont be able to charge completely. now since i cant find any 35 watt H3 bulbs i am thinking that the company said that that way u have to buy them from the company. is this true? can i put brighter bulbs in and have it work right? thanks

You should be able to run brighter bulbs. Just make sure there is enough power to for the cdi and if your like me and your fan always stays on ya might wanna watch that. My predator has had no problems with brighter bulbs....well except for maybe a couple times.

try putting the 55watters in and disconnecting the top light for high or low beams that is if the stator is overloaded b/c more light is better rollsmile.gif rollsmile.gif

there r 2 screws behind the lights. they have nuts on the back. i found that putting the allen wrench through the slits on the cover is easier than any other way. it takes a little time but it works. what i dont get is y they used rivets to put the covers on and not bolts. im thinking i might replace the 2 lights. i had those same lights on the quad i had before i got the baja and those bulbs r extremely fragile. i went through soooo many bulbs. or i might get these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=2469160524. on there website here http://www.eurodezigns.com/shop/detail.aspx?ID=85 they have H-3's as well.
