Does anyone know if there is a water service available in Ocotillo? I have never seen one but never really looked. I have a week long trip planned with 6 people in my RV and I know it will be an issue.

If you are staying on the North end, there is water at the newer ARCO located at the 86 and 22. Don't know about the south

Thx everyone... was thinking more like the mobile unit like at Glamis. PITA to pack it up and roll out to refill. What about those blue water jugs I see.... where do you get those at?

Try Wally World or Camping World for the Blue Jugs.

I've never seen anyone driving around like at glamis, we are using the well at Holmes camp that belongs to the park rangers because we are working out there during the week, I dont think they let you fill up, but I can ask. We're using a trailer with a water tank on it. They do have bathrooms and showers at Holmes camp. It is a few minutes up Wolf road. (just east of the air port)

Just my two cents, but if I had a week long trip with 6 people in my RV I would be calling the blu-in rv park and book a space for the week...power, unlimited water, full hookups...then you throw in the pool and jacuzzi to help fill in the down time...it's worth the money!

I asked the lady working at the blue inn last week, and they do have it also. I bought a 55 gal barrel and cut one of my old hoses shorter (one of those white/clear ones) after taking a few girls out with me one time and running out of water in record time. You can take your truck and refill if you need to. Unless your in a moho.

The problem is we do a lot of night rides that don't agree with the Blu Inns quiet hours... also like to sit around the camp fire and BS half the night and you can't do that at the Blu Inn. There will be about 5 trailers in my camp but they all won't be showing up for several days after I am there, so they won't have any water issues.... may just need to grab about 10 gallons from each of them.

We got ours at a horse feed store... It was like $15. That this is a life saver... Best $15 ever.
